Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. Rates are subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a resort fee of 5%. All reservations require a nonrefundable $100.00 deposit within 10 days of reservation. Weekly housekeeping service is included. No other discounts are allowed on monthly rentals rates. Winter activities may vary per resort and are subject to change.
