2015 Valentine’s Day Dinner For Two

Join us on Valentine’s Weekend Friday and Saturday, February 13-14, 2015 from 5:00-9:00 PM for our special 4 course Valentine’s Day dinner event! Blue Room Cafe will be open featuring a special limited holiday event menu. Seating is limited and reservations are recommended. Call 843.272.4600 to make a reservation.

Valentine’s Day 4 Course Meal

All 4 course Valentine’s Day dinners are served with a shared appetizer, 2 side salads, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts.

Course 1 – Choice of Shared Appetizer

  • Jumbo Lump Crabcakes
    Jumbo lump crabcakes, mixed with peppers, Dijon mustard and spices, accompanied with a Lemon Dill Buerre Blanc
  • Tomato Basil Bruschetta
    House made garlic and herb crostinis, topped with balsamic infused tomatoes, tossed with fresh basil, thyme, and aged parmesan oregiano cheeses

Course 2 & 3 – Choice of Entrée with Side Salad

  • Maple Grilled Chicken Breast
    A maple brined tender chicken breast, grilled to perfection, served with a sweet potato pecan puree, braised wilted greens, and finished with a Grande Marnier orange cranberry compote
  • Walnut Crusted Seared Salmon +$2
    A walnut crusted wild atlantic salmon filet, garnished with roasted redskin garlic potatoes, steamed broccoli, and finished with a honey soy glaze
  • Center Cut Del Monaco Ribeye +$4
    Dry aged, center cut ribeye, paired with garlic redskin mashed potatoes, sautéed garlic green beans, and finished with a cabernet demi-glace

Course 3 – Choice of Dessert

  • Crème Brulee Cheesecake
    A chilled creamy custard, blended with sweet whole milk cream cheese and Madagascar vanilla beans, topped with fresh blackberry melba sauce and fresh raspberries
  • Milk Chocolate Torte
    A molten flourless chocolate “lava” torte, served with chocolate and raspberry sauce, topped with fresh raspberries
