    Canal Street Recreation Center

    A.M. Fitness Program:  The ultimate workout and conditioning program for young men and women with disabilities and special needs.  This program will consist of low impact strength and conditioning stations as well as group activities such as kickball, basketball, soccer and flag football.  

     

    15 Minute Abs:  This is a high intensity workout that will focus on core strength and stability and it only takes 15 minutes of your time! That’s all 15 minutes!   

    College Road Trip:  Are you a young person who’s beginning to think about college choices?  Join us for this year’s College Road Trip!  We’re working now to lock down dates for campus visits.  Stay tuned for details.  Call Canal Street Recreation Center at 918-1465 for information.
