Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. Rates are subject to 13% sales and local taxes and a resort fee of 5%. All reservations require a
$100.00 deposit within 10 days of reservation. Weekly housekeeping service and the service day will be assigned by the hotel upon arrival. Daily trash removal & towel exchange are included on units not equipped with a washer and dryer. No other discounts are allowed on monthly rentals. Oceana Resorts is offering a 20% discount off the 2011 March monthly rate with a 90 night minimum stay. This discount is only available for nights in March.
