All reservations require a minimum of 2 nights stay.
Group rates are subject to 13% state and local taxes, a 5% resort fee, and a $5.00 daily access fee. The daily access fee is a mandatory charge that includes unlimited local and toll-free calls, use of the in-room safe with content liability insurance, and high-speed internet access.
A 1 night deposit including all taxes and fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable
unless you purchase our Vacation Protection Plan.
You must book your Run Package with CBL before booking your hotel reservation. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your room reservation. For more information on booking your Run Package, please call 704-583-1224.
If you prefer to make your reservations via telephone you may do so by calling 800-624-8969. Please mention the group you are coming with and the password which was provided to you when you booked your Run Package.
Special weekly rates are available by calling 800-624-8969. Weekly rates do not include daily housekeeping. A $25 departure cleaning charge will be added to your first night.
Hotel guests must be at least 21 years of age to register at check-in.
All guests are required to provide a valid major credit card at check-in for incidentals.
