Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. Rates are subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a resort fee of 5%. All reservations require a nonrefundable $100.00 deposit within 10 days of reservation. Weekly housekeeping service is included. No other discounts are allowed on monthly rentals rates. Winter activities may vary per resort and are subject to change. Oceana Resorts is offering a 20% discount off the 2011 March monthly rate with a 90 night minimum stay. This discount is only available for nights in March.
