Package Rate is based on a 7 night minimum stay. Should you have to reduce the number of nights, the package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. A non-refundable advance deposit equal to one half of the total stay is required within 10 days of making the reservation. Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days of arrival the total stay is required. One set of sheets and 2 sets of towels per bed are provided at check-in. Daily housekeeping is NOT included but can be added at an additional charge. Rates subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a 5% resort fee. A $20.00 change fee will apply to each date change. No refunds will be issued for early departures. No additional discounts apply. *Weekly Condo Package Policies.

Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. Rates are subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a resort fee of 5%. All reservations require a nonrefundable $100.00 deposit within 10 days of reservation. Weekly housekeeping service and the service day will be assigned by the hotel upon arrival. Daily trash removal & towel exchange are included on units not equipped with a washer and dryer. No other discounts are allowed on monthly rental rates. Oceana Resorts is offering a 20% discount off the 2011 March monthly rate with a 90 night minimum stay. This discount is only available for nights in March.
