Check-in/Check-out
- Guests may check in after 4:00 p.m and check out before 11:00 a.m.
- A valid major credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.
- The front desk is open 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Guests planning to arrive after hours must contact the resort at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive late check-in instructions.
Payments and Deposits
- Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. For additional guests over 18, add $20.00 per day.
- An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required, with balance payable upon arrival.
- A deposit of $150.00 per person is required on packages.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- No personal checks will be accepted for payment of account.
Fees, Surcharges and Taxes
- A weekend surcharge of $15.00 is applied for Friday and Saturday stays.
- A $5.00 per night fee will be charged daily for use of personal safe and unlimited local calls.
- Rates are subject to 12% sales and local taxes and a resort fee of 5%.
Cancellations/Changes
- Advance deposits are non-refundable unless the Vacation Protection Plan was purchased.
- A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change.
- A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures.
- Only Oceana Resorts offers you an insurance policy for your Myrtle Beach Vacation! Purchase our Vacation Protection Plan for just $30.00! This protection plan will protect you by refunding your deposit if you should need to cancel. Should you have to change your plans or depart before your planned departure date your package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay and any difference will be refunded. This option must be added within 24 hours of confirming your reservation by calling 866-469-7853.
Parking and Valet
- 1 Bedroom Suites and smaller will receive 1 parking pass at check-in.
- 2 Bedroom Suites and larger will receive 2 parking passes at check-in.
- Valet Parking is not available at this property.
Other Policies
- Guests under 21 are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
- Harbourgate Marina Club is a smoke-free resort.
Pet Policies
Pets accepted for long term rentals of 180 days or more. A $200 non-refundable pet deposit will apply. There is a 20lbs weight limit.
Weekly Condo Package Policies
- Package Rate is based on a 7 night minimum stay. Should you have to reduce the number of nights, the package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay.
- A non-refundable advance deposit equal to one half of the total stay is required within 10 days of making the reservation.
- Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days of arrival the total stay is required.
- One set of sheets and 2 sets of towels per bed are provided at check-in.
- Daily housekeeping is NOT included but can be added at an additional charge.
- Rates subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a 4% resort fee.
- A $5.00 access fee will be charged daily for internet access and support, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and in-room safe with liability insurance.
- A $25.00 reservation fee is included in the first night stay for all reservations and is added to the first night stay.
- A departure cleaning fee is included in the first night stay for all reservations (Studios $40, 1 bedroom condos $60, 2 bedroom condos $80 and 3 bedroom condos $90).
- A $20.00 change fee will apply to each date change. No refunds will be issued for early departures.
- No additional discounts apply.
- Our Vacation Protection Plan can be added to any reservation for $30.00 plus taxes and fees. This protection plan will protect by refunding the deposit if the guest should need to cancel.
