Patricia Grand Resort rate is based on oceanfront efficiency with double occupancy. Bay Watch Resort rate is based on oceanfront one bedroom suite with double occupancy. Rates are per person based on two persons per bedroom. Golf carts are not included and are to be paid at the golf course. Breakfast provided at resort. Lunch provided at golf course. Taxes are not included. Weekends, holidays and special events may be slightly higher. Some restrictions may apply.

A deposit of $150.00 per person is required. Advance deposits are non-refundable. A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change. A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures.
Our Vacation Protection Plan can be added to your reservation for $20.00. This protection would refund your deposit in full in case of cancellation. Should you have to change your plans or depart before your planned departure date your package will be re-calculated based on the new actual length of stay and any difference will be refunded. This option MUST be added within 24 hours of booking your reservation and is non-refundable. An additional charge of $20.00 plus tax will be applied to the credit card used for the deposit.
