Atlantic Breeze Ocean Resort Policies
Check-in/Check-out
- Guests may check in after 4:00 pm and check out
before 11:00 am.
- A valid major credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.
- Front Desk hours are 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. Guests
checking in after 11:00 pm will need to check in at
Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center.
Payments and Deposits
- Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. For additional guests 18
& over, add $10.00 per day.
- Only one discount may be used per reservation
- An advance deposit of one night's lodging is required, with balance payable upon arrival.
- A deposit of $150.00 per person is required on packages.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- No personal checks will be accepted for payment of account.
- A weekend surcharge of $10.00 is applied for Friday and Saturday stays.
- A $5.00 per night fee will be charged daily for use of personal safe and unlimited local calls.
- Rates are subject to 12% sales and local taxes and a resort fee of 4%.
Cancellations/Changes
- Advance deposits are non-refundable.
- A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change.
- A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures.
- A $20.00 Vacation Protection
Plan is available by calling the hotel at
866-469-7853.! This protection would refund
your deposit in full in case of cancellation. Should
you have to change your plans or depart before your
planned departure date your package will be
re-calculated based on the new actual length of stay
and any difference will be refunded. This option
MUST be added within 24 hours of booking your
reservation and is non-refundable. An additional
charge of $20.00 plus tax will be applied to the
credit card used for the deposit.
Pet Policies
Pets accepted for long term rentals of 90 days or more. A $200 non-refundable pet deposit will apply. There is a 20lbs weight limit.
