Room rates are based on two adults per bedroom. Rates are subject to 13% sales & local taxes and a resort fee of 5%. All reservations require a $100.00 deposit within 10 days of reservation. Weekly housekeeping service is included in the monthly rental rate. For units without a washer and dryer, trash removal and towel exchange are included. No other discounts are allowed on monthly rentals rates. Oceana Resorts is offering a 20% discount off the 2011 March monthly rate with a 90 night minimum stay. This discount is only available for nights in March.
