Tier 1 rates are based on Anderson Ocean Club & Spa two bedroom suite with quad occupancy. Tier 2 rates are based on Bay Watch Resort two bedroom suite with quad occupancy. Tier 3 rates are based on Atlantic Breeze two bedroom condo with quad occupancy. Rates are per person based on two persons per bedroom. Taxes and fees are not included. Weekends, holidays, and specials events may be slightly higher. Some restrictions may apply. Carts will be added to Membership and Classic packages for an additional fee. Prices and packages are subject to change without notice.
A deposit of $150.00 per person is required. Advance deposits are non-refundable. A $20.00 change fee will apply for each date change. A $50.00 fee will be charged for early departures. Our Vacation Protection Plan can be added to your reservation for $30.00. This protection would refund your deposit in full in case of cancellation. Should you have to change your plans or depart before your planned departure date your package will be re-calculated based on the new actual length of stay and any difference will be refunded. This option MUST be added within 24 hours of booking your reservation and is non-refundable. An additional charge of $30.00 plus tax will be applied to the credit card used for the deposit.
