Weekly Condo Package Policies

Please take a few moments and review the Weekly Condo Package Policies.

  • Package Rate is based on a 7 night minimum stay. Should the guest have to reduce their number of nights the package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay.
  • June 11 – August 13, 2011 the 3 bedroom units at Bay Watch require a 7 night minimum stay arriving on Saturday. Rate plan is WKSS and all other rate plans have been cut off.
  • A non-refundable advance deposit equal to one half of the total stay is required within 10 days of making the reservation.
  • Balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days of arrival the total stay is required.
  • Rates subject to 12% sales & local taxes and a 4% resort fee.
  • A $5.00 access fee will be charged daily for internet access and support, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and in-room safe with liability insurance.
  • A $20.00 change fee will apply to each date change.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures.
  • No additional discounts will apply.
  • Our Vacation Protection Plan can be added to any reservation for $21.60. This protection plan will protect by refunding the deposit if the guest should need to cancel. Should the guest have to change their plans or depart before their planned departure date their package will be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay and any difference will be refunded. This fee is non-refundable and must be added within 24 hours of confirming the reservation.
  • A $25.00 reservation fee is included for all reservations and is added into the first night stay.
  • A departure cleaning fee is included in the first night stay for all reservations (Studios $40, 1 bedroom condos $60, 2 bedroom condos $80 & 3 bedroom condos $90).
  • One set of sheets and 2 sets of towels per bed are provided at check-in.
  • Daily housekeeping is NOT included but can be added at an additional charge. Optional Daily Housekeeping fees – (Studios $25, 1 bedroom condos $35, 2 bedroom condos $50 & 3 bedroom condos $75).
