What is the same at all four
The differences above are real, but a few things do not change from resort to resort. Every one of the four is directly on the Atlantic with its own beach access, and every one gives you the same Book Direct Privileges when you reserve with us instead of through a third party:

Which Oceana resort has a lazy river?
Two of them. Anderson Ocean Club has an outdoor lazy river as part of a 200-foot run of outdoor water features. Carolinian’s lazy river winds through its oceanfront pool deck and is enclosed seasonally, so it stays usable when the weather turns.
Which Oceana resort is best for a large family?
Ocean Park Resort has the widest range of unit sizes, up to four bedrooms, which is usually the deciding factor once you are past six or seven people. Carolinian goes up to three bedrooms and adds the included breakfast for two, which takes one meal a day off your hands. If the group is spread across ages and budgets, look at The Patricia Grand — the on-site restaurant and cafe make it easier when nobody agrees on a plan.
Which Oceana resort has a restaurant on site?
The Patricia Grand has the most: Azure serves oceanfront breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Ground Floor Cafe pours Starbucks in the morning, and there is a seasonal poolside bar. Anderson has the B-Bar on the pool deck and the C-Bar in the lobby. Carolinian’s breakfast for two is at Azure, two blocks away at The Patricia Grand, rather than in the building. Ocean Park does not list on-site dining, though its efficiencies and multi-bedroom units have kitchens.
Which Oceana resort takes dogs?
Ocean Park Resort is the one built for it — small dogs in select pet-friendly rooms on designated floors, a pet potty area, and on-site grooming and day care from FURology Paw Spa and Retreat on the ground floor. The Patricia Grand also has select pet-friendly rooms, with a lower 20 lb. limit. Anderson Ocean Club and Carolinian Beach Resort do not accept pets. ADA service animals are welcome at all four.
Can I stay for a month?
Yes, at three of them. Ocean Park runs pet-friendly monthly winter rentals, Anderson Ocean Club has monthly rates for snowbirds, and The Patricia Grand runs its own monthly winter rental program. Carolinian Beach Resort does not offer one.
